Depending on whether the plaque is installed indoors or outdoors, your plaque may require minimal cleaning. Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials on your plaque. Use soap, water, and a microfiber cloth for best results.
All plaques are coated in a durable, transparent powder coat that maximizes the longevity of the substrate. Indoors, our plaques will last virtually forever. Outdoors, the longevity will depend on exposure to harsh elements such as salt, UV rays, or chemicals. Our products are backed by a limited warranty of 1 year on our coating.
We DO NOT recommend the concealed mounting method (studs or lugs) for large plaques. We WILL NOT be held responsible for damage that may occur if the plaque needs to be removed.

Proofs take approximately 1-5 business days to be completed after the request has been submitted.
Our plaques are created through a proprietary direct-to-metal machining process. Using CNC machines, we combine creativity with precision machining to produce the highest quality plaques in the world.
No, to ensure that the characteristics you have specified are compatible with our production process, we will have to create a proof on our end before the plaque goes into production. The proof will then need to be signed to move the plaque into production.
A .tif, .jpg, .pdf that is 300 dpi or higher at the size of the photo on the product produces the best results. (i.e. a driver’s license photo will not produce optimal results even if it is scanned in at 300 dpi).
